Why should kids have all the fun during summer?!

Parish Summer is happy to offer adult yoga classes on Tuesdays (Hillcrest Campus) and Wednesdays (Midway Campus) from 9:30-10:30am during the summer (June 6-August 16).

Taught by Parish parent, Kate Ward, this class is open to all levels (from the beginner, couch potato, stressed out/overworked person, to the experienced yoga lover). We use a mix of fun music, stress relieving stretching, some cardio, some ab work and lots of support and laughter. The focus of this class is to gain strength, flexibility, long lean muscle and confidence while relieving stress. With emphasis on learning about your body's strengths and how to protect from injury, each student develops their own version of yoga poses and vinyasas so they can take yoga classes anywhere with comfort and confidence.

We are offering sets of four classes for $72 and participants will self schedule according to their availability.  Classes run June 6 and through August 16. Classes must have two students in order to be held, and the instructor will notify any participants if a class needs to be cancelled due to lack of enrollment.

If you are interested, please enroll here via your Parish Summer account. Upon indicating interest, an account will be established for participants in parish.teachworks.com. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your account.  Once the account is set, you will be billed, and upon payment, you may begin to schedule your lessons.

Should you have any questions, please email us at summer@parishepiscopal.org.
