Art - Muse Masterpieces

250.00

Grades: 1-6
For centuries artists have been inspired by muses. Special relationships, places or experiences have been the source of inspiration for some of history’s most iconic artwork. Disney’s Mickey Mouse, Rodrigue’s Blue Dog, Rousseau’s monkeys and tigers, Van Gogh’s Sunflowers, and Seuss’s whimsical characters all were influenced by each artist’s respective muse. During this week, we will study the influence of the muse and discover what inspires each camper. Campers will each create a variety of pieces inspired by their own muse. At the end of the week they will take their work home to share with friends and family.
