Jump For Fun includes traditional and Chinese jump rope in addition to jump rope relays, workouts and games. Jump rope is a great way to improve stamina, build heart strength and improve coordination, agility and balance. This camp is designed to provide kids with a fun and invigorating approach to fitness. Jump rope games such as jump the river, helicopter and water splash keep kids engaged and demonstrate the fun side of physical activity and fitness.
